"To be in your children's memories tomorrow, you have to be in their lives today."

How can we support you?

Supervised Contact

For families there are concerns about safety or well-being, our supervised contact service ensures children can see their parent or family member in a safe, supportive environment.

One of our experienced team members will be present throughout, offering gentle supervision, encouragement, and a listening ear. We keep detailed records and work closely with families and professionals to make sure everyone feels secure and supported.

£80 per hour*

Includes set up arrangements, debrief and report

Supported Contact

Sometimes, families just need a little help to make contact work smoothly. Our supported contact service is perfect for those who want a neutral, friendly space and a bit of reassurance.

Our team is on hand to welcome you, offer practical support, and help with handovers—but we don’t observe every moment. It’s all about building confidence and positive relationships, at your pace.

£58 per hour*

Hourly charge to include set up arrangements, early arrival and time at the end for a debrief.

Handover Service

At Stay Connected,  we understand that the transition between parents can be a challenging time for both children and parents. Our handover service is designed to facilitate smooth and stress-free transitions, ensuring the child's comfort and safety.

£30

Charged per handover

Virtual Contact

When meeting in person isn’t possible, we can help you stay connected online. Our virtual contact sessions use secure, easy-to-use technology (like Zoom or WhatsApp) so children and parents can see and talk to each other, wherever they are. We’ll guide you through the process, make sure everyone feels comfortable, and provide the same level of care and safeguarding as we do in person.

£30*

Based on 30 minute sessions

Co-Parenting agreement service

At Stay Connected Family Time, we understand that co-parenting after separation can be challenging. Our Parenting Plan service is here to help you put your children’s needs first and create a positive, practical roadmap for your family’s future.

A Parenting Plan is a written agreement developed by both parents (with or without professional support) that sets out how you will share the care of your children. It covers everything from day-to-day routines and special occasions, to communication, decision-making, and how you’ll handle changes as your children grow.

What does our Parenting Plan service include?

  • Child-Centred Approach: We help you focus on your children’s individual needs, wishes, and feelings, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
  • Comprehensive Guidance: Our plan covers all the important topics—living arrangements, handovers, holidays, school and health matters, expenses, and more.
  • Flexible and Practical: Your plan can be reviewed and updated as your children’s needs change, helping you adapt to new circumstances together.
  • Supportive Environment: You can complete your plan independently or with the support of a professional, such as a social worker, mediator, or family court advisor.
  • Promoting Positive Co-Parenting: We encourage open communication, respect, and cooperation, helping you protect your children from conflict and maintain strong relationships with both parents.
  • Easy to Use: Our Parenting Plan template is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly, and can be uploaded to platforms like OurFamilyWizard for ongoing management and sharing with professionals if needed.

Why use a Parenting Plan?

  • Reduces misunderstandings and conflict
  • Provides clarity and reassurance for children and parents
  • Helps you stay focused on what matters most—your children’s wellbeing
  • Encourages positive, respectful co-parenting

Please note: Our Parenting Plan is not a legal document, but it can be used alongside professional advice or in court proceedings if needed.

If you’d like to create a Parenting Plan or want to know more about how it can help your family, please get in touch. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
