Step 3: Service Planning Meeting
- A meeting will be held with both parents/carers and any relevant professionals.
- A risk assessment will be completed, and services will be agreed, including dates, times, expectations, and any other necessary clarifications.
- Meetings can be held via Teams, your home, or in the community.
- After the meeting, you’ll receive confirmation of session dates. Sessions must be paid for at least three days in advance.
Step 4: Preparation for Children
- Where appropriate, we offer a preparation session for children. This can take place in the community, at school, at home, or via Teams. This will be at a £30 charge.
- Please see our resources page where you will find child-friendly information and videos to help prepare children for their first session, recognising that this can be a daunting experience.
Step 5: Service Delivery & Reporting
