At Stay Connected Family Time, we provide safe, supportive, and child-centred contact services for families navigating change. As a NACCC-accredited Enhanced Service, we pride ourselves on delivering flexible, community-based arrangements that prioritise safeguarding, empathy, and accessibility.
We are expanding our team and seeking Contact Workers who share our commitment to supporting children and families with compassion and professionalism.
✨ About the Role
- Facilitate supervised and supported family time sessions in community settings.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.
- Provide clear, accurate session notes and reports in line with NACCC standards.
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and partner organisations.
- Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
👤 About You
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Experienced in working with children, families, or vulnerable groups.
- Skilled in communication, empathy, and maintaining professional boundaries.
- Reliable, organised, and confident in managing challenging situations.
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding practices (training provided if needed).
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends, depending on family needs.
- A full British Driving Licence is required
